Wayne Montgomery is one of the founders and vice-president of Artisan Homes. He has been involved in some phase of construction throughout his working life. Starting with summer jobs as a construction laborer, plumber’s helper, painter, etc. and going on to a twenty-eight year career in industrial construction, he has learned the business literally “from the ground up”. He has an engineering degree, is a detail-oriented person, and has extensive experience in quality control and project management. With Artisan Homes, Wayne’s focus is on the operations, business and finance areas of this custom homebuilding company. |

Carey Bettis is one of the
founders and managing partners of Artisan Homes. Carey has
been in residential construction his entire working career.
Growing up in his father’s trim company and building numerous
homes in the Washington, D.C. area, Carey has an extensive
knowledge of house building, site selection and excellent vision
for how a house will finish out. He is responsible for all
of the field operations of Artisan Homes. |
